Sd sangokuden cao cao complete

it can pose a lot easier since it only carry a big blade which use single hand.. taking photo for Sd kit really required skill.. the creativity of the pose that need to be create.. mm.. gotta learn photoshop.. maybe it can help..

Sd Sangokuden cao cao

Build on Monday.. paint at Tuesday.. painting finished on Wednesday.. top coat on Thursday.. and finally can upload it today.. connection problem had delay me for posting the process of this kit..



lets talk about the the part of this kit.. come with cloak and helm.. cool.. finally get the old sd kit's feel back.. because old sd kit will normally come with helm.. painting on the cloak is quite easy and i didn't paint the helm cause i feel it don't need it..



this part is the most easiest to paint.. come in three pieces and molded into 3 separate part since it in different colour.. i didn't make any panel line on it this time.. i'm afraid of making the same mistake as my previous Sd Guan Ping..






another interesting parts.. i put the stickers wrongly and end up both sticker of the silver part stick at left shoulder.. i decided to leave it since i can use the silver marker to paint the silver part.. i use back the stickers provided for the red colour parts due to i don't have the red marker same as the stickers.. luckily nothing happen on the red colour parts..



Should i call these a claw???




Body with no armor.. i guess.. or the armor already molded together with the body.. this is the part the required more paint.. gold and red.. and luckily there are some part of the cloak cover the red colour part so the flaw cant be see easily




another simple part... but a lot of stickers.. must put top coat on here to prevent the stickers come off itself.. also added some gold colour..




Golden shoes har??? just paint and got no sticker here.. but still required top coat to protect the paint..




this time i done all my thing in time to prevent the paint coming out before i apply top coat.. and finally i realize what happen to the gold colour old my Sd Guan ping which the gold colour faded.. the top coat is the major cause.. maybe i should not call it top coat but a non-colour paint.. and it has made the colour faded.. it was good for other colours like red become dark red or blue become dark blue..




and it complete without weapon yet..

MG Aile Strike and another base

New mechanical chain base.. come with something.. er.. i think i will called it the pilot lifter.. hahaha.. which can't reach the cockpit.. so stupid.. i've thinking of getting another more complicated type from Cineleisure Damansara.. but the price is expensive.. cost me RM 45 which i can get for Rm 38.. you think that different only RM 7 is not much??? imagine you going to get 5 of it.. you will get the different about RM 35 which almost can a new one from the place i get.. and as for me i think i may get at least another 8 mechanical chain base..

get back to the strike.. this is my 2nd MG Aile Strike.. my first one was spoil on the Aile Striker.. so i bought 2nd one.. part of that i can use my old MG Aile Strike transform to MG Launch Strike.. and this time.. i have applied most of the extra decals and small stickers on it "this not fully complete on the extra decals and small stickers yet".. going to create another photo album for this kit soon..

Sd Guan Ping complete

Finally meet the completion.. its not complete at all actually.. as for result or i should it not perfect or meet my expectation at all.. i guess since that is my first try.. then.. not much complain to myself.. my only biggest mistake on this is i take too long to applied the top coat.. and i'm not sure what happen to the top coat that i'm using.. i feel it made my gold colour faded and not that shiny anymore.. hope i won't make the same mistake on my next sd Sangokuden series..

i don't dare to make much pose for this kit since the colour painted by gundam marker easily come off.. even with the top coat.. i'm still worry about it.. if the top coat come off also.. then it will become bigger trouble.. but when review this kit form cagalibizeta website.. i'm just feel i want to start with another but same kit.. but too lazy for that now.. guess it should end here for this kit..

Preparing for top coat

Finally.. it come to the end.. final touch up.. as i thought but.. another but.. i never realize the paint from the gundam marker will come off itself.. OMG.. unbelievable.. and when i realize it?? just before i'm going to apply top coat.. so.. gotta do some correction before that.. and i lost most of the panel line.. lazy to wait for the paint dry and apply panel lines.. i do receive some information regarding this issue actually.. but never thought the paint come off faster then i thought..
